If you are the buyer

Finish the transfer in your bank. The payment is not complete until you do.

If you are the seller

Do not ship or deliver yet. Wait until the payment is approved.

If you are the developer

General engineering advice (not from Mercado Pago's documentation): Not a failure and not final. Keep the order pending, do not create a second payment, and update the order when the notification for this payment arrives (verify the signature first).
