TERMS

The rules
of the road,
without the lawyering.

What you can do with Usedeploy, what we promise in return, and how the relationship ends if either of us walks away. Plain language, with the legal hooks where they matter.

Read this first.

Disclaimer. This document is a starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before being treated as binding. Last updated: May 2026. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept the version of these terms in force on that day.

Acceptance.

These terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and Martin Coll, monotributista registered in Argentina ("we", "us", "Usedeploy"). You accept them when you create an account, when you start a paid subscription, or when you continue using the service after we publish an updated version. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

The service.

Usedeploy is a SaaS developer tool and boilerplate that helps engineering teams ship production applications faster. It includes a hosted dashboard, deploy automation, and the right to use the boilerplate source code in your own products under a separate license file. We describe the current feature set on the marketing site and in the docs. We may add, change, or retire features over time; we will not remove a paid feature without giving you notice and a refund of the unused portion of your subscription if you choose to leave.

Account and eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority in your country, to create an account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Enable two-factor authentication, do not share passwords, and let us know immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription, pricing, and billing.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in US dollars by default. Local currency may be available at checkout depending on the payment method and your country. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not refund the unused portion of the current period unless the law where you live requires it. We may change pricing for future renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes never affect the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use.

No abuse.

Do not use Usedeploy to send spam, run phishing, distribute malware, host illegal content, or harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

No reverse-engineering for competing products.

You can read the boilerplate source code that is licensed to you and learn from it freely. You cannot repackage Usedeploy or its dashboard as a competing developer-tool SaaS.

No probing.

Do not attempt to break the platform's security, exfiltrate other customers' data, or run unauthorized load tests. Coordinated security research is welcome — email us first.

Respect the law.

Use Usedeploy in accordance with the laws of your country and the countries where your end users live.

Your content.

Everything you create, upload, or generate inside Usedeploy stays yours. We claim no ownership of your code, your data, your customer records, or anything you build on top of the boilerplate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display your content strictly to operate the service for you — for example, to store your project metadata and serve it back to your browser. The license ends when you delete the content or close the account. We do not use your private content to train AI models. If we ever offer an opt-in program that would change that, it will be opt-in, plainly described, and revocable.

Our intellectual property.

The Usedeploy platform — the dashboard code, the marketing site, the brand, the logo, the documentation — remains our property. Using the service does not transfer any of those rights to you. The Usedeploy boilerplate source code is licensed to paying customers under a separate license file delivered at checkout. That license, not these terms, governs what you can do with the source code in your own products.

Service availability.

We work hard to keep Usedeploy online, but at this stage we do not offer a formal uptime SLA. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance when we can and we publish incidents on our status channel. If an outage materially affects your ability to use a paid plan, contact [email protected] — we will work out a fair credit on a case-by-case basis.

Termination.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that go unpaid after reasonable notice, or that we are legally required to terminate. When the relationship ends, you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except for records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

Usedeploy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you — including, in particular, mandatory consumer protection rules.

Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and the ordinary commercial courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, Brazil, or another jurisdiction with such rules, you keep those rights and can also sue or be sued in the courts of your home country where the law allows.

Changes and contact.

We will update these terms when the service evolves or the law requires it. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email to account holders. If a change is unacceptable to you, you can cancel and we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. Questions about these terms: [email protected].

Anything unclear?

Email [email protected] before you sign up if a clause matters to your team. We would rather answer questions than argue them later.
